1. Offers
Quotes are based on the device details you provide and are valid for 14 days. Final payment is determined after our inspection. If the device does not match your description, we will send a revised offer. You may accept it or request free return of the device within 5 days; if we don't hear from you within 5 days, the revised offer is deemed accepted.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, the lawful owner of the device, and located in the United States. Devices must be fully paid off, not reported lost or stolen, not blacklisted, and free of activation locks (Find My iPhone, Google account lock). Devices that fail these checks will be returned at your request, or held as required by law.
3. Shipping
We provide a prepaid shipping label. Risk of loss passes to us when the carrier scans the package. Please pack the device securely; damage from inadequate packaging may affect your offer.
4. Data
You are responsible for backing up and erasing your data before shipping. We factory reset every device we receive and are not responsible for any data left on it.
5. Payment
Payment is issued by Zelle or PayPal or Check within 2 business days of accepted inspection. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
